Aaron is our superman... He is 14, and just like when he was a baby, he goes full force until he drops.
He loves being involved with sports, camping, fishing, hiking, just being outdoors in general. We are very proud of him because even though he is full of energy - he controls himself very well at school and is doing very good.
He plays football, basketball, baseball (in the past), runs during track. He has given up skateboarding for his mini-pocket dirt bike and paintball.
His passion is football - on offense he plays wing back giving him several options block, receive, or run the ball. Defensive End, and he is also the kicker and punter. During his 7th grade year the boys went undefeated and won the city championship. He just finished his 8th grade season. They did lose 1 (nail bitter) and did not take the city championship. He is already getting pumped up about high school.
He is also an excellent basketball player - although he doesn't think so. He is always on the A team first string - but that still doesn't matter in his mind. As well as since his middle school has 720 students, and the coach only keeps less than 20 kids for the A & B teams per grade. His 7th grade year they weren't undefeated which was extremely tough - this area loves basketball and most of these boys have been in private leagues of some nature since they could walk. They also won the city championship in 7th. They are off to a great start for their 8th grade year - undefeated so far, but it is a big mountain to climb.
He is a crazy kid - a little too crazy sometimes.
